Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of Daymark, provided by IAM_DEV. By installing or using Daymark, you agree to these terms and the applicable Microsoft Store terms.

License

IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Daymark for personal or lawful business purposes on devices associated with your Microsoft Store account.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you write or import into Daymark. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use of the application comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.

Local storage and backups

Daymark stores content locally and does not provide cloud storage. You are responsible for choosing a suitable journal location, maintaining adequate device security, and keeping backups. Features that export, archive, delete, or overwrite files act on the locations you select.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to misuse Daymark, distribute modified copies as an official IAM_DEV product, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Updates

Daymark may receive updates that improve functionality, security, compatibility, or presentation. Features may change as the application evolves.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Daymark is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every error. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss resulting from device failure, deleted files, unavailable backups, or third-party services. IAM_DEV’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Daymark during the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Daymark at any time. These terms end if you materially breach them, but provisions concerning ownership, warranty, liability, and applicable law continue where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
